An accessible roof not only protects the building from the weather but also carries the loads of people, furniture and planting. It can host a terrace, a summer café, a lounge area or a garden and completely change the look of the building.

Accessible roofs
We deliver turnkey works - from roof waterproofing to the finished surface. The surface is laid on adjustable pedestals: they do not load or damage the waterproofing, bring the surface perfectly level and leave space under the slabs for drainage and services.

Terraces and balconies
A level, durable terrace on an open deck, balcony or loggia. Pedestals compensate for the slope and height differences of the base, and the joints between slabs drain rainwater quickly - no puddles are left on the surface.

Pedestrian areas and walkways

Podiums (stylobates)
A podium (stylobate) is the common base of a high-rise building or residential complex. Its roof above a car park, retail gallery or offices becomes a courtyard, a square or a garden. We turn it into a fully functional public space - with paving, decking, planting and lighting.

Buzon adjustable pedestals (Belgium)
We work with adjustable pedestals by the Belgian company Buzon, founded in 1987 - one of the first manufacturers of such systems. Buzon pedestals are used on projects all over the world, from private terraces to large hotels and public spaces.
