Turnkey roofs and terraces
We waterproof flat roofs and turn them into fully usable space: terraces, summer cafés, lounge areas, courtyards and gardens on podiums. We carry out all works ourselves - from surveying the base to the finished surface.
- Survey and design: site visit, assessment of the base, choice of solution and cost estimate.
- Waterproofing: TPO and EPDM membranes, installation and restoration of the waterproofing layer.
- Adjustable Buzon pedestals (Belgium): a level surface, drainage and services under the finish, access to the waterproofing.
- Finishes: porcelain stoneware, natural stone, concrete pavers or decking.
- Landscaping: planting, lighting and water features - through to a finished space.
