What is a bio pool
A bio pool is a system based on eco-friendly, chemical-free filtration with added Himalayan or sea salt. It looks like an amazing natural body of water: the shoreline and the bottom are as close to nature as possible.
Swimming and diving give the feeling of real scuba diving - like plunging into the sea. You can endlessly admire the sea-like bottom, set with natural sea pebbles, smooth corals and shells.
Our philosophy is to limit the impact of technology on the environment.

Not a concrete box
When we think of swimming pools, we picture traditional reinforced-concrete "boxes". They may be fine for swimming, but they are not attractive and look harsh in their surroundings. Our bio pools are an alternative that radically changes this concept.
Their key feature is that they do not use reinforced concrete. The materials, waterproofing, equipment, filtration system and finishes let us create an atmosphere of luxury and well-being while caring for the environment. Design, construction and installation follow European standards.
Thanks to a team of qualified specialists, clear planning and tight schedules, installation is very fast: installing and commissioning a 40 m² pool takes only 6 working days.
How we build

Shape and excavation
More than 10 ready-made pool shapes, each available from 10 to 120 m². We mark the shape on the ground, dig the pit and form the relief of the bottom, the gentle entry, steps and transitions.

Waterproofing
We lay a 1.5 mm EPDM membrane on a geotextile that protects the waterproofing from plant roots. On top goes another layer of film with a plastic mesh that acts as reinforcement.

Sand structure
Coarse quartz sand mixed with an eco-friendly adhesive is applied over the mesh like plaster. Then comes a fibreglass mesh and a finishing layer of finer quartz sand with the same adhesive.

Equipment
Optionally - a filtration system and water ionisation equipment: sea or Himalayan salt can be added to the water and the pH balance maintained without chlorine. Aerotherapy and hydromassage can be added too.
